Chick-fil-A Catering Manager - Catering Order Manager

The Exeter location managed catering orders entirely on paper, which created avoidable mistakes and slowed down service prep. I designed and built a web-based order workflow that centralized order creation, updates, and status tracking in one place. Staff could quickly confirm details, reduce duplicate entries, and keep an accurate record of upcoming catering requests without relying on handwritten logs.

BCTC CTSO Website - Student Engagement Platform

BCTC needed a dedicated hub for CTSO events and student organizations that would stay current without extra staff overhead. I built a platform that consumes live Jotform submission data advisors were already maintaining, then transforms it into organized event and club content for students. The result was a self-updating site where announcements, activities, and organization details stayed fresh with minimal manual publishing.

Domain-Specific AI Agents - AI Collaboration Project

This team project focused on building AI agents that could answer in a narrow domain instead of producing generic responses. Working with two classmates, I helped design agent behavior using Jotform workflows and the OpenAI API, with emphasis on prompt boundaries, domain context, and response guardrails. We improved reliability by shaping inputs and constraints so the agents stayed on-topic and produced more consistent, useful outputs.

Project 04

Podium - Attendance System v1

Podium v1 was a locally hosted attendance system built to replace manual classroom tracking. I implemented badge-scanner check-in, manual ID fallback, and database flags for students without badges so attendance could still be recorded accurately. The system also automated AM and PM summary reporting through scheduled jobs and batch scripts, then delivered those reports by email to reduce instructor admin time.

Podium - Attendance System v2

Podium v2 is a cloud-first rebuild of the original local attendance tool, redesigned for easier deployment and maintenance. I migrated the backend to Node.js and Supabase, then replaced local batch-script automations with Vercel cron jobs for scheduled reporting. This version improved reliability across environments, simplified updates, and kept instructors informed through automatic daily attendance emails.

Baseball Hit Tracker - Player Performance Analytics

Built for a BCTC client, this system tracks hit outcomes, field impact zones, and player-level performance trends in one analytics workflow. I designed interactive visualizations including heatmaps and spray-chart style field views so coaches could quickly identify tendencies and progress. I also implemented role-based access for admins and coaches to support secure player management, profile updates, and controlled analytics review.

O'Pake Attendance v1 - An attendance tracker for the O'Pake Institute at Alvernia

O'Pake Attendance v1 was built for the O'Pake Institute to simplify day-to-day attendance operations and improve record accuracy. I implemented student clock-in and clock-out flows with real-time tracking, plus in-app schedule setup to reduce no-shows and increase accountability. Administrators gained faster access to attendance reports and student records, creating a more organized process than manual tracking methods.

O'Pake Attendance v2 - An attendance tracker for the O'Pake Institute at Alvernia

O'Pake Attendance v2 is a full rebuild of v1 focused on stronger architecture, cleaner UX, and tighter permission controls. In addition to attendance and scheduling workflows, I introduced role-scoped administration so limited admins can only view assigned students and cannot edit protected records. This version improved privacy, reduced exposure of unrelated student data, and provided a more production-ready foundation for long-term use.

I also included wishlist support, anonymous messaging, and exchange tracking so the experience feels playful for participants but remains easy to manage behind the scenes.

I built a user-friendly booking system that allows clients to schedule appointments, view available time slots, and receive confirmations. The portfolio section highlights Carli's work, providing inspiration for potential clients. The app streamlines the booking process and enhances the overall client experience. This website is also built to be dynamic, so Carli can easily update her portfolio and manage appointments without needing technical knowledge.
